Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

  • Alarming for action from client end if any unbearable delay happened Coordinating with client for every step taken to avoid any controversy and rework
  • Physical check and visual inspection report of all material supplied by client and contractor
  • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
  • Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
  • Cross verification of all running accounts( measurements and invoice) and forward to client for payment
  • Conducting periodic review with contractor and do ensure, work is progressing as per the overall schedule / monthly schedule / weekly schedule / daily schedule.
  • Communicating with clients and their representatives including attending regular meeting to keep them informed of progress.
  • Site engineers perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on projects Working as part of the site management team, the site engineer liaises with, and works alongside: Project Managers, Engineers, Subcontractors and Supervisors.
  • Responsible for site security, health and safety and the organization and supervision of material and human resources.
  • Helping client HR to check during the work for Restricted items are not brought to site area by the labours.
  • Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
  • Studying the purchase order, understanding project specification, developing time schedules, budgets and milestones, understanding consultants and inspection agencies, subcontractors, quality and safety guidelines, statutory requirements, invoicing, payment schedules and penalties for delays.
  • Macro and Micro planning of manpower & materials.
  • Customer interface during periodic progress meetings with client and consultant.
  • Understanding and meeting all the contract requirements.
  • Mapping the project timelines as per the client requirement as per the BOQ and setting milestones with the GM projects, GM Procurement and President operations
  • Delegating tasks to GM procurement as per the timelines and site requirements and receiving daily, weekly & monthly feedback.
  • Delegating tasks to the site team and receiving daily, weekly & monthly feedback.
  • Analyzing site materials and manpower shortage & alarming the GMs, presidents and Management.
  • Tracking projects as per BOQ on a daily basis with the inputs from GM procurement & GM Projects.
  • Flagging project team and management on Impending foreseen and unforeseen bottleneck that may hamper the progress of the project
  • Monitoring and tracking projects and submitting MIS reports to the management.
  • Bridging the gap between Site execution team & Procurement team.
  • Achieving monthly billing targets.
  • Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
  • Managing project budgets and cost sheets.

Desired Candidate:

  • BE Electricals /equivalent.
  • Experience: 5yrs to 6 yrs.
  • Strong analytical, critical and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • The candidate should have experience in handling site activities.
